Kryptiva Online Services (KOS)
As described in the Detailed Architecture section, the
online services are actually an aggregation of several different services:
The Identity-Key Server (IKS)
The Encryption-Key Server (EKS)
The Online Unpacking Server (OUS)
The Online Token Server (OTS)
The Online Packaging Server (OPS)
Each of these servers plays a specific role in the Kryptiva architecture. For an in-depth
discussion of the interaction between these servers and the KPP we invite you to visit the
detailed architecture section mentioned above.
Do my emails ever transit on Kryptiva's servers?
No. No member emails ever transit on our online servers.
The only case where our online servers
are led to directly process email content is in the case of a non-member using a one-time use
reply token provided by a member sender for allowing the recipient to reply securely. And in that
specific case, Kryptiva never stores the email except in RAM during its processing.
