Kryptiva Code of Conduct Guidelines

Kryptiva strives to maintain the highest level of quality and integrity within the community
of Kryptiva users. As such, we reserve the right to exclude any user from using our services
whenever we determine that such usage may affect the experiences of other Kryptiva users; the
full conditions of use being spelled out in the Kryptiva
Online Software Services Terms and Conditions of Use.
It is every Kryptiva user's obligation to ensure that his communications adhere to the
strictest of standards with regards to email communications. The following guidelines are
therefore only meant as a bare minimum to respect.
When sending email, the user shall:
Sign all emails in order to enable their recipients to properly authenticate them.
In as much as possible, Encrypt all emails; encrypting only those emails which are
important provides potential attackers with a hint of which emails are actually important.
Never engage in the transmission of email that could be considered as undesirable by a
recipient.
Limit the number of recipients to only those who are in true need of taking part of the email
communication; mass-mailings, for example, no matter whether the recipient can be demonstrated
as having requested such transmission via "opt-in", are specifically forbiden.
Limit the number and size of attachments to what is truly needed only.
Limit the number of emails transmitted to a given recipient in order not to adversly
affect their productivity.
