A Word on Developer Resources
While most of the software packages developed by Kryptiva are proprietary, we very
strongly believe that the "glue" that allows the underlying components to communicate
together must be documented for open public review. As a matter of fact, the
public record on the majority of software has demonstrated time-and-again that the
only way to maintain the upper hand in keeping attackers at bay is to publish as much
information as possible about the components being used, including, whenever feasible,
actual source code.
In line with such thinking, Kryptiva's offerings have been built around a set of
protocols, formats and APIs which are all meant to be publicly documented. Whenever
possible, we have selected Open Source, or similarily-licensed, software components
that have already gone through extensive and repeated third
party review, including having been relied upon in mission-critical applications for a
number of years. While, at the present time, we have not yet released any developer
resources, we are committed to making available to you as much information about our platform
as possible.
We thank you for your patience as we make developer resources available to you, and
invite you to visit this section again soon. In the mean time, you are invited to visit the
Technology section for a more in-depth
discussion on the technological underpinings of our offerings.
